Onboarding, Activation, and Low Usage Cardholder Communication Programs
- Given the recent unprecedented challenges with plastic card production and shipping, lifecycle turnkey communications programs are designed to assist financial institutions with the delivery of timely and effective messages to cardholders.
- These three programs are designed to help you proactively communicate with cardholders with the goal of card activation and to promote card usage.
- Onboarding Communications: We will communicate with your cardholders on your behalf at onboarding (new account) or card reissue via direct mail and email templates we have developed.
- Activation Communications: We will communicate with your cardholders to remind them to activate their card, without incentive, via direct mail or email communications we have developed.
- Incentive Based Communications: Target-based communications sent to cardholders identified to be not active (plastic status) or low users (defined by 0-5 transactions).
Please note – cancellation can occur at any time, but will take 60 days from request to process. This will allow for communications and incentive offers to conclude within scheduled timeframes.
