Daily, this program will look to the EDW to determine card activation status.
If the inactive (plastic status) account has an email address on file, an email message will be sent. If no email is on file, a letter will be sent.
As soon as the card is identified to be in activated (plastic status), cardholders will be notified via email thanking them for activating. If after 14 days the card is not activated, a reminder email will be sent. Another status check will be performed after 14 days, and if the card is still not activated, a report will be generated for possible incentive.
We will review account activity for 30 days to determine account activity status.
Financial institutions will receive campaign performance reporting, located in their web reports.
Financial institutions can also opt to upload additional email address files that can be incorporated into the notifications.
