Daily, this program will look to the EDW to determine card activity by transactions and other exclusion criteria.
If cardholders meet the defined criteria and have an email address on file, an incentive email message will be sent. If no email is on file, an incentive letter will be sent.
We will review cardholders’ activity every ten days to determine if they have met the max spend threshold or send a reminder email with the amount they have spent by a defined date. If cardholders have met the threshold to receive a rebate (statement credit), we will send a thank you/congratulations email message. After 45 days, if cardholders have met a qualified threshold amount, they will receive the thank you/congratulations email or direct letter. If a threshold has not been met, a “we value your loyalty” message (email/letter) will be sent.
Financial institutions will receive campaign performance reporting, located in their web reports.
Financial institutions can also opt to upload additional email address files that can be incorporated into the notifications.
