Daily, this program will look to the EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) to determine new account or reissue status plastics.
If the account has an email address on file, an email welcome/informational message will be sent. If no email is on file, a welcome/informational letter will be sent.
As soon as the card is identified to be in production, the cardholders will be notified via email about the card being sent to keep the cardholder informed and vigilant for card activation upon arrival.
If the plastic is delayed by more than two weeks, an email will be sent to cardholders alerting them of the delay. The card status would continue to be reviewed every two weeks until a card is in production, and then the card on way email will be sent.
Financial institutions will receive campaign performance reporting, located in their web reports.
Financial institutions can also opt to upload additional email address files that can be incorporated into the notifications.
